FAQ

PLEASE NOTE we (like everyone else) are still experiencing postage delays due to the COVID  situation. We are still kicking on, making, receiving stock and sending out orders but things are going a little (and sometimes a lot) slower than usual so we apologise if your order takes longer than anticipated to reach you.
Thank you so much for supporting our little business at this crazy and uncertain time, it really means the world to us!

Where are you based and where are your groovy things made?
We are based in Sunny Queensland, in Australia.

Everything in the  'Made in Australia' section is made here . Fabrics are printed in Melbourne and made in our little studio in Brisbane.

We also get other groovy things made on demand in Hong Kong, and homewares made and drop shipped from the USA and UK.

How long will my goodies take to reach me?

Ready to ship items will be sent out within 3 business days plus shipping.

Made on demand items usually take 3-4 weeks to get made up,  plus shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer offer a flat-rate of $12 Epress post within Australia and an International Flat-rate Shipping Fee of $30 AUD, which includes postage & handling

Shipping times?
Transit times are calculated from the date of dispatch and do not include the turn around time for made to order items.
Local items are shipped Express within Australia and normally take 1-7 working days from the shipping date.

International delivery times can vary to different countries, parcels are sent via Sendle or Australia Post which can take 10-27 working days from the shipping date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with your tracking info, please keep an eye on your parcel tracking for any delivery updates.

Please note shipping delays  can occur and are unfortunately outside of our control. Service disruptions may happen from time to time that affect the estimated transit times and postage times cannot be guaranteed.  Most carriers have also had to implement safety measures and are currently practising automatic ATL Delivery (authority to leave). This means, the driver will automatically leave the package in a safe place and may only require signature if the place is not a safe drop. We apologise if your order takes longer than normal to reach you.

Duties & Taxes

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Any import duty, tax etc. that your country charges is your responsibility, those charges are not included in the shipping cost and will need to be paid by you when you receive shipment.
For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Missing Orders
If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please check your provided tracking online with the local postal or courier services and launch a parcel enquiry with them before contacting us.

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct address details at the time of purchase, if your tracking says 'Delivered' or 'attempted delivery', it will be up to the customer to investigate with the relevant postal service further. For international customers, this will be the postal service within your own country.
If the tracking is inconclusive, please contact us and we will investigate further.

What is your Return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so please double check our size chart or provided measurements before purchase. If you are still unsure if it'll fit send your measurements through and we'll let you know which size to purchase.
Please contact us right away if you have any issues with your purchase.

As most things are made to order to your specific print and size we do not give refunds or exchanges  so please choose carefully.

Vintage clothing, fabric and accessories have lived long exciting lives and they may have minor flaws which add to their character. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the products on our website.

How should I wash my garment?
For New garments we recommend hand washing or machine washing on a gentle cycle in cold water.
For Vintage garments we recommend you treat each piece with the unique attention it deserves. I suggest that you consider only hand washing or dry cleaning your precious new piece. Old fabrics are sensitive to our harsh new cleaning products so try to use products sparingly when washing and do not wash your garment too frequently.
Yesterday People cannot be held responsible for washing accidents, so please treat your new piece with lots of love.
